Ecuador is considered to have some of the friendliest people in the world. The culture here is very open and inviting, and you can enjoy this kindness by being part of one of our host families, all located within walking distance of the school, only a 10 minute walk.

90% of host families are located in La Floresta, one of the best neighborhoods in Quito. In fact, the Ambassador of United States resides in this neighborhood for this reason. Living with an Ecuadorian family enriches your knowledge about the culture of Ecuador, and lets you practice your Spanish in real life situations, greatly improving your ability to remember lessons long term. We have many families, all carefully chosen based on positive reports from our previous students.

The school is situated in a quiet, safe area of Quito, and all of the family housing is within walking distance. Students stay with typical Ecuadorian families which provide them with daily opportunities to practice their Spanish. We con accommodate many different preferences for family housing, such as families with or without children and/or pets, vegetarian cooking, non-smoking residences, etc.
